First made in Brewery gulch in 1881. Malt forward in design, this beer leans into its toasted notes with caramel and toffee flavors to round out it's sweetness. Wyatt Earp liked his beer this way -- So do we!

Double Hopped IPA
A nod to the "old school" craft IPA's, this beer balances intense hopping and drinkability. Strong pine, earthy spice and orange notes come through with the help of Centennial, Galena, Columbus and Mosaic hops. This is a beer with a strong backbone but will keep you reaching for more.

Mayan Stout
We use a bean discovered in Mesoamerica used for 4000 years for brewing a coffee like beverage. Featuring notes of coffee, cinnamon and chocolate, savor this satisfyingly creamy stout.
